GIFT CARDS

  • Holistic Touch Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online.  However, they can be redeemed for products and services at our treatment room.

  • Guests are asked to protect Gift Cards and treat as if cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced.

  • Holistic Touch Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

  • Holistic Touch Gift Cards are valid for the period of time indicated on the card itself.  The standard redemption period is 6 months from date of issue.

  • Promotional Offers sold via Gift Cards will follow these terms and conditions.

  • The responsibility of using the Gift Card prior to expiry lies with the recipient of the Gift Card.  No pre-expiry reminders will be sent from Holistic Touch.  The remaining balance after the expiry date will be cancelled.

  • Holistic Touch Gift Cards are not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card and cannot be topped up.

  • When you use Holistic Touch Gift Cards, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the voucher. Change will not be given.

  • Holistic Touch reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Gift Cards from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so. 

CANCELLATIONS

  • We appreciate some unavoidable events may crop up that could effect your booking, however we request clients to provide us with at least 48 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule an appointment to avoid paying a 50% cancellation charge. Same day cancellations or re-schedules along with no shows will be charged the full amount of the treatment booked. These fees will be taken automatically from the card details you have agreed to log with us.  If we don't have your card details we will request any future appointments to be paid in full along with any outstanding fees. Cancellations must be done via phone or text and will not be accepted though any other media platform.

MOBILE PHONES

  • To make your visit as relaxing as possible we ask that all mobile phones be switched off during your appointment to avoid you being disturbed.

  • A consultation form must be filled out prior to a treatment being given. Please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy when booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

PUNCTUALITY

  • We kindly request that you arrive on time for appointments so that we can ensure that full treatment time is given to you and to prevent inconvenience to other clients. Please also note if you see the ‘in session’ sign on our gate  be respectful of the client before you and wait to be collected for your appointment. 

CLIENT CONSULTATIONS

  • All clients will be given a thorough consultation at their first visit. This information is completely confidential and no information will be shared with any other companies.

MASSAGE CLUB MEMBERSHIP

  • Agreed fees will be taken on the 1st of each month automatically.

  • Memberships can not be shared or transferred to anyone else.

  • Untaken massage sessions do not roll over to the next month.

  • No shows, reschedules and cancellation policies still apply.

  • Cancellation of membership must be give with a 30 days notice.

  • Holistic Touch have the rights to refuse or cancel membership at any time.

REFER A FRIEND

  • The referrer must be an existing client.

  • The referee must be a new client to Holistic Touch and bring their referral card to their first appointment.

  • The referrer receives a £5 gift card for every successful referee. (A successful referee means that they’ve actually received a session.)

  • The gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift certificates, discounted services, or products.

  • Each gift card will have an expiry date applied of 3 months. 

  • The gift card can only be used by the referrer. 

  • The gift card can not be exchanged for cash 

  • Holistic Touch have the rights to change these T&C at anytime.
